Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may not be issued if:

The wrong shipping address was provided
The product was used or damaged by the customer
The return request was made outside the allowed period

Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
